  • Custom / Made-to-Order Products:
    Dispatched within 48 working hours.

Orders are processed on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

EcoNucleaX ships both within India and internationally.

Shipping availability may vary depending on logistics serviceability in specific regions.


3. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed global and regional logistics providers including but not limited to:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • India Post

  • Other verified regional and local courier partners

To ensure successful delivery, shipments may be handled by multiple courier partners, especially for remote or international destinations.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

If a shipment is delayed by more than 7 days after dispatch, customers may request a refund subject to shipment verification.

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.


10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery status update

  • Provide supporting photographs (if applicable)

11. Force Majeure
